Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Salez! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review the following return and refund terms:
Cooling-Off Period:
In line with UAE consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund.
- Return Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, some products, like e-liquids and disposable vapes, cannot be returned unless unopened and unused. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- Refund Process: We will refund the cost of the item only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the postage receipt until the return is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, vape pods, and disposable vapes are non-returnable unless unopened and unused. If an item is found to be used or opened, we will not accept the return.
Restocking Fee:
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may incur a restocking fee of up to 5% of the product price.
Return Shipping and Insurance:
We recommend that you insure your return and use a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. Please keep your proof of postage.
